Home Style Cod and Prawn Terrine

Flavoured with fresh dill, sat on mixed leaves, finished with a chive, crème fraîche and lemon sauce. (2,3,4,7)

MAIN COURSE

Chargrilled Loin of Bacon

Bacon chop laid on colcannon potato and baby carrot, finished with a honey mustard glaze (7,12)

Grilled Fillet of Pangasius

Grilled Pangasius served on cajun fried baby potato and bell peppers finished with a pineapple and tomoto salsa (1,4,7) 

Breast of Chicken Tagliatelle

Tender chicken and silky tagliatelle tossed in a rich pesto cream sauce (1,7,8,12)
