A bold and comforting vegan pasta dish tossed in a rich, spicy arrabbiata sauce made from slow-simmered tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, asparagus and chili . (1,9,12)

Golden Garlic Chicken Kiev

Tender chicken breast filled with rich garlic and herb butter, coated in a crisp golden crumb and cooked until perfectly juicy. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and a medley of seasonal vegetables. (1 (W) 3,7 )

Beef Lasagne

Layers of tender pasta sheets, rich slow-cooked beef ragu, and a creamy béchamel sauce, baked until bubbling and golden. Finished with a gratinated cheese topping. (6,7,9,12)
